Meet Lisa: Her Belief: I have many philosophies and principles I strive to live by to make my life more fulfilling. I truly believe that life is too precious and fleeting to simply exist, to not live your passions and dreams on a daily basis. I believe that an individual can incorporate their true passion(s) with their career if they really map out a plan following my 4-P Principle which consists of Planning-Passion-Prayer (Faith)-Perseverance. I believe that each step in the 4-P Principle is vital to success. You can have the most wonderful career but if you don't have passion for what you are doing your will never be fulfilled. You can have an abundance of passion for your career or goals but if you don't have a solid plan (road map) to guide that passion you will find yourself lost, frustrated and not achieving a thing. I believe planning and passion must co-exist for success to take place. However they must be nurtured with prayer (Faith) and perseverance. There will be times when your plan is not falling into place the way you want it to or as fast as you desire. There will be times when you might not reach one of the goals in your plan. This is why it is important to connect to God on a daily basis with prayer and keep the faith that if you continue to do your part, persevere, and work your plan you will be blessed with fulfillment and success in the end. Her Bio/Background: Lisa Randolph is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma where she attended and graduated from Booker T. Washington High School. Her personal and business mission is "to assist others in recognizing their true greatness, and through coaching help them realize that they may achieve any goal, vision, or life dream desired by applying her 4-P Principle: Passion, Prayer, Planning, and Perseverance". She is the owner of two successful businesses, "AGAPE' Massage Therapy" which provides full body and on-site chair massage services for individuals and corporations, and "Carpe Diem Strategies" which specializes in goal setting, strategic planning, business plan writing, time management, and dream coaching for small businesses and individuals. She is also vice-president of Operations and Marketing for "Art for Earth", which is a greeting card company based in Dallas, Texas. Lisa is a graduate of Wellness Skills International (now Texas Massage Institute), located in Dallas, where she was also the instructor of the Business Practices and Ethics class for three years. She currently teaches continuing education workshops focusing on marketing and other business management subjects for massage therapists in the Texas area. She holds a BA in Advertising & Marketing from The University of Oklahoma, and an Associates Degree in Hotel Management from Demarge College in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She worked for The Marriott and Omni Hotel Corporations for eight years, as a sales/marketing manager, before venturing out on her own as an entrepreneur and successful business owner. She was also the facilitator and coach on various "Total Quality Action Teams" which focused on employee morale, increasing productivity and efficiency in the work environment, and improving communication between upper management and staff while employed in the hotel industry. ^ Back To The Top ^ |
